[Press Release] TW Steel, the Dutch watch brand ‘Big in Oversized Watches’, officially launches its new CEO Goliath collection at BASELWORLD 2011.

Further building on the luxurious ‘Collection ExtraOrdinary’ platform, first launched by the brand at BASELWORLD in 2009, the 15-model CEO Goliath family continues the theme of taking existing collections within TW Steel and making them more exclusive for the consumer.

The CEO Goliath executions spearhead a more formal, dress-look for ‘The Watch in Steel’ with the design objective to produce a collection that embraced a certain retrospective element while upholding the brand’s reputation for contemporary and distinguished styling on both the 37mm and 42mm offerings. This includes the introduction of a Swiss-Made edition, the CE3015, complete with 144 real A-grade diamonds and a Swiss Ronda 585 caliber movement.

In addition to continuing to set new standards for the design of oversized timepieces, TW Steel’s latest collection also celebrates a new level of comfort for the wearer. With flatter, convexed cases and the use of fixed-strap case technology – allowing the strap to be held tighter to the case following its natural curve, these prestigious editions will fit every wrist, no matter the size.

Features of the CEO Goliath range include the use of sandblasted cases on the models sporting PVD rose gold plating and PVD black coating. Creating a superior matt case, combined with a shiny bezel, this look further distinguishes the watches adding to their appeal and enhanced qualities, which also include bold indexes and the 12 and 6 in striking roman numerals. All 37mm models and the non-chrono 42mm models feature three-hands and a GM10 Miyota movement, while the 42mm chrono editions feature an 0S21 Miyota movement. The ‘Cool Black’ models, the CE3013 (37mm) and CE3014 (42mm), are only available as chrono versions.
