[Press Release] Originally launched in 2009, Bertolucci’s Volta collection, inherited its name from the timeless phrase, “C’era una Volta”, meaning “Once upon a time”. It first featured a dual time-zone dial accentuated with diamonds and an oversized case complimented with flared case lugs. This year, Bertolucci has kept the elegant case design but infused the dial with amusing rotating amulets, such as a heart-in-heart and four-leaf clover.

A varied offering of stylish interpretations is being introduced to the Volta collection to suit every woman’s taste. The oversized 42mm case, available in all stainless steel or 18kt rose gold, either plain or set with 1.01 carats of diamonds, captures all the exquisite details in the dial without overpowering the simple feminine aesthetic appearance of the overall design.

The Heart series features a swiveling heart-in-heart charm, set with a combination of 18 diamonds and 35 rubies, or 18 light pink sapphires and 35 rubies, or simply with just 53 diamonds. The light pink sapphire and ruby heart combination is complimented with a matching pink alligator strap. The Four-leaf clover series features 64 diamonds or luminescent green Tsavorite stones.

The stunning opalin and concentric silver or black patterned dial is highlighted further with a gradual magnification of Arabic numerals and indexes, which contrasts with the off-centered positioning of watch hands. Each watch is elegantly fitted with an interchangeable, colour-matching alligator strap to suit the wearers ever-changing fashion wardrobe and mood.
