The weekend wouldn’t be complete without a good old geeky watch :-)
Not that it’s a bad thing, but this piece sounds a bit Tissot-Touchy, don’t you think?
[Press Release] Swiss watch brand ROAMER is presenting a new expedition timepiece ‘TrekkMaster’. An altimeter, digital compass, barometer and thermometer make this robust outdoor watch a partner you can really trust – on the hardest tours and under the most extreme conditions.
The TrekkMaster saves altitude profiles up to 9000 m as well as incorporating a highly accurate temperature sensor and barometer. The unique compass function impresses by showing the way. When determining direction, the seconds and hours hands on the analogue display slide over one another and point towards the North together.
An additional special feature of the ‘TrekkMaster’ is the combination of an analogue and two digital displays. This enables good legibility in addition to the range of features. This watch knows almost everything with its altitude profile, weather forecast and compass features – wherever you are in the world. The second time zone display means that you always have the local time and your home country time to hand. The sporty design and chronograph and alarm function make this special multi functional watch a great help in everyday life.
The ‘TrekkMaster’ is 47 mm in diameter and comes with a rotating bezel and robust case, available in stainless steel or PVD-coated stainless steel.
The expedition timepiece is available from the middle of June 2011.
