Maurice Lacroix Pontos S Diving Chronograph [Baselworld 2012]

Ooh, stripy :-)

Actually, the Maurice Lacroix Pontos S is also available with a stainless steel strap, but I kind of like the stripy cloth ‘Nato’ version.

What do you think?

It’s a 43mm piece, in a stainless steel case. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal and is water resistant to 200 meters.

Inside, the watch is powered by an automatic ML caliber 112 movement (itself based on an ETA Valjoux 7750).

This has 25 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 46 hours.

Maurice de Mauriac Skeleton Chronograph

This is rather nice: the handmade Maurice de Mauriac Skeleton Chronograph.

You’ll certainly be spoilt for choice with this model – there’s a range of sizes (39 mm, 42 mm and 45 mm) along with a range of case materials (steel, titanium, gold, PVD steel and DLC titanium).

If that’s not enough, further customisations are available; from the bezel to the pushpieces through to strap material.

Movement is a 25 jewel Concepto open-worked unit.

I’m especially liking the date dial on this one.

How about you?

Maurice de Mauriac Le Mans Series Automatic

This is rather nice.

Maurice de Mauriac’s ‘Le Mans Series Automatic’ comes with a stainless steel case housing an automatic ETA movement.

Round the back is a display, err, back.

Not much more on this one for now, but why not check out the MdM website if you’re keen?
