Botta Design Mondo Dual Timer

Not quite the same as their last model, but following the same sleek minimalist design principles, this is Botta Design’s Mondo Dual Timer.

Looks great – love the casing: thin but not silly-thin.

A 40mm piece in stainless steel, as the name suggests it includes a second time-zone function.  Strap options include leather and stainless.

Movement is the Swiss quartz Ronda caliber 515.  Price is a keen 300 Euros.

Botta Design Uno 24

I’m afraid I don’t know much (ok, anything) about Botta Design.

I do know that I like their Uno 24 ‘GMT’ watch though.

A 40mm quartz powered piece, it’s available for pre-order now at a very reasonable $400.

Nothing to shout about mechanically, but the design is very appealing – an inner dual-time bezel (the small hand with the yellow tip marking that time) and an outer main bezel, both with black, grey and orange highlights.

Works well.

It’s available with leather or metal straps.
