Hanhart Pioneer MonoScope [Baselworld 2012]

I do like Hanhart – you can’t go wrong with a big red pusher – but I do wonder: are their models differentiated enough?

To me, they all kind of look the same :-)

Nevertheless, this one – the Pioneer Monoscope – does look the biz.

It’s a 45mm piece, in stainless steel.

You get an AR-coated sapphire crystal and water resistance to 100 meters.

There’s a choice of a ‘fluted’ or smooth bezel.

The fluted version has a red marker on it at the 12 O’Clock position.

The dial comes in silver or black.

Inside is a Hanhart automatic caliber HAN4212: 31 jewels, 28,800 vph and a 42 hour power reserve.

Comes wearing a calf-skin strap.
