Graham Swordfish Booster Iris: Poll Of The Day

It could be the colour, or the crazy design, or more likely both but this Graham Swordfish Booster Iris – recently unveiled at SalonQP – literally scares me!

Here’s the poll.  Is this:

a) Scary!

b) Seriously ugly

c) The coolest watch ever!

d) Ho-hum

Answers in the comments below :-)

[update: I should probably have added some specs the first time around, so here we go.

This monster is a 48 mm black PVD piece. It has a black mother-of-pearl dial with black Super-LumiNova.

The movement is a calibre G1710, automatic bi-compax chronograph with 34 jewels, 28’800bph and a 48 hours power reserve.

The sapphire case back is see-through and the watch comes on an integrated green crocodile strap. It’s waterproof to 100 metres.

The Iris Booster will set you back US$16,398.]

    d) but it does remind me of a TVR paint job (remember that?)

I do remember that paint job, that was actually pretty cool – changed colour depending on the light/angle. Does that really work as well for a watch? It’s a nice effect, but I’m still struggling to think of times when I could get away with wearing something like this :-)
