Dent Ministry Evolution Chronograph

Published by in Dent on May 22nd, 2012 | No Comments »

Hooray – roman numerals (yes, I have a bit of a thing for them – sad, I know  :-) ).

This handsome Dent piece is 43mm in size, from stainless steel.

It has a sapphire crystal and is water resistant to 100 meters.

The movement is based on an ETA 7750 (modified to become the Dent caliber 201). This has 25 jewels, beats at 28,800 vph and holds a power reserve of 42 hours.

Christian Jacques Virtus Evolution

Hmm.  I’m not really sure what happened here.  In fact, I had to go back and check to see if the last Christian Jacques watch we had on here was as ugly as the Virtus Evolution is.

Actually, that one (the Classis Ultra Thin) was pretty cool.

This one though .. not so much.

Each to their own though, and so for those of you who find this super-sexy (anyone?), here’s the spec:

- Stainless steel or steel gold or black PVD case

- 44mm in size

- AR-coated sapphire crystal and display back

- water resistance to 100 meters

- ETA caliber 2824 movement, with 25 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 38 hours.

Frederic Jouvenot Automatic Chronograph Evolution Diamond Watch

The original version came out a couple of years ago, but if you prefer a little bling on your wrist, then Frederic Jouvenot’s latest sparkler might well do it for you.

The movement is a modified vintage chronograph that has an automatic rotor added to the dial.

The watch comes in 18k white or rose gold case that is 44mm wide.

The bezel is lined with 5.88 carats of baguette-cut diamonds, while more diamonds are on the dial.

The automatic rotor is in 22k white gold, and just in case you needed more, it’s also set with diamonds.

There are a total of 8.46 carats of diamonds on each of the Automatic Chronograph Evolution Diamond watches (wow).

Only five of these Automatic Chronograph Evolution Diamond watches will be made.
